The Filter - Inclusion setting panel allows selecting which entity types and relation types (node types an edge types) will be shown in the graph.

Only checked entity types in the left hand table will be displayed in the graph.

Only checked relation types both of whose endpoints are also checked will be displayed in the graph. So "Bill Sponsorship Relation"(s) will only be displayed if "Bill" and "Senator" entity types are both checked.
